Hi doc i just wanna ask about my situation,today is a hot day and then ofcourse i sweat ,every i sweat a lot ,i can smell like a foul smelly urine or sometimes i smell poop. I dont know what to do?
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Yes ,last two days i tell about this problem about sweating and smell like urine,or poop,and also i told the doctor that it takes 3 to 4 days i poop
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
He told me about smell thats i cant recomend any medcine ,because its not a disease, but i can give u about ur problem constipation

dear customer :
you mentioned 2 problems in your questions , first one about your high blood pressure , second one is about your smelly urine and stange smell , i will give you some advices about both issues .
- first of all , condiser consult another doctor ( internal medicine doctor ) and take a second opinion about your condition .
how to control blood pressure or avoiding high blood pressure :
1. stick to a regular diet and health one
2. loss weight if you are over-weight
3. exercise in a mild range such as 3 - 4 times / week
4. avoid smoking or excessive alcohol
5. avoid stress or over-loading activites
6. avoid the medication which cause high blood pressure as a side effect
7. if you have any underlying medical disease , treat it and stick to your doctor instructions
8. take a blood pressure reading for 14 days ( daily ) and provide it to your doctor .
9. take aspirin if you suffer from frequant headaches and visit your doctor as soon as possible
10. medications to treat high blood pressure : aspirin , statin , ACE , CCB , digitalis , beta blockers
medical test for high blood pressure :
1. reading test for blood pressure
2. blood test
3. kidney test
4. liver test
5. tridmil test
6. ECG
7. heart echo test
smelling urine and strange sweat smell :
1. drink water and drinks more
2. take shower daily
3. avoid wearing heavy cloths or cloths that are so tight
4. dont use deodorant or substance that cause blocking to sweating cell for this period of time
5. if the smell presist or other symptoms appeared , visit your doctor ( internal medicine ) to do medical check and determine the cause

1. clinical check by doctor
2. blood test
3. kidney test
4. urine test
5. stool test
6. urine or blood cultural
