Good Day Doc. I woke up with a sharp pain the the lower right of my ribs. It was more painkng when breathing. It last for almost 1 min. What it is about? Is it connected in the sleeping position? I hope you can help me.

3.Rest from stressful physical activity
4.Sleep on a comfortable bed.
5.analgesic drugs such as : ibumol 400 mg one tap every 8 hours , or injection such as : votrex injection
6.anti-inflamatory drugs such as : serodase tap , one tap every 8 hours.
7. heat compressor on the site of pain.
