Hello doctor problem with back pain Olso I have disk and it gets worse when I walk can u proscribed for me medication. Thank you

I have seen many doctor so far I didn’t take any tablet for my back pain I did physo therapy but no use. I want a good tablet to use for the back pain. Prescribe me a good tablet for my back and which work good
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
I have a high blood pressure I take medication for it it’s under control and I have thyroid and also under control

2.massage therapy.
3.healthy food
4.drugs such as : myogesic tap tow tap every 8 hours ,or relaxon tap tow tap every 8 hours .
5.voltren gel : can use it 4 times daily
6.surgery.
what are the causes of back pain?
1.disc
2.Obesity
3.lack of exercise
4.spinal cord injury.
what are the sign and symptoms of back pain?
1.increase pain while effort
2.weakness
3.fatigue
what are the investigations?
1.full clinical assessment in nearest medical center
2.x-ray for the back
3.ct-scan for the back
4.MRI
