1. disouria isnt an infection type , i guess its a wrong spelling word which is originally called dysuria which mean pain and difficulty during urination , and it is one of UTI ( urinary tract infections ) symptoms .
2. i will give you some advices about your condition , but after all , you have to revisit your doctor and do the approprite medical tests to specifically find the medical cause of your condition and determine the treatment pathway

general advices about your condition :

1. drink plenty of water 
2. pay attention to your personal hygine , and avoid any irritant subtance in that area such as some types of cloths or perfumed products 
3. stick to your medication until you visit your doctor , dont change or stop taking medition without your doctor consultation 
4. course of medication of UTI  isnt complicated and of course depend on the cause of UTI  , but usually starts with low effect antibiotics ( oral and topical ) and if its didnt work , your doctor will prescribe high effect antibiotics ( oral ) 
5. if any new symptoms appeared such as blood in urine or high fever or other symptoms , it is an emergency situation and you should visit your doctor as soon as possible

1. clinical check by doctor ( urolofy or gynacology doctor ) 
2. urine test 
3. pap smear test 
4. culture test to determine the pathogen
