what is the treat of hypertension and how to control it
- first of all the conservative treatment is very important , and that is lifestyle changes as weight loss
- and excercising regular basis avoid smokin or alcohol if you are one of them
- being on hypertension special diet that is salt free
- avoid stress
- take antihypertensive drug as doctor prescribtion
- follow up your cardiologist if your readings are not within normal range or if you have hypertension associated symptoms
- followup your cardiologist on regular basis every three months to see if you need any update or changing in your antihypertensive medications

- general fatigue
- palpitation
- irritability
