respected madam i have ear pain madam i used tyotocin ear drops mam now its pk but i am getting itching in my ear what mam i don't know

yes before yesterday i met nmc hospital mr fernandase ent specialist mam
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
mam india i gaot same problem because of ear wax but doctor told to me you got ear infection can suggest any medication mam now i am using tyotocin and devido 75mg tablets for pain

1.more water intake.
2.good appetite.
3.drugs such as : flavco ear drops , antibiotics : curam 625 mg one tap 3 times daily every 8 hours , analgesic : ibumol 400 mg one tap 3 times daily every 8 hours , betaserc 16 mg one tap 3 times daily .
4.for wax use : dewax ear drops after 7 days go to your doctor for wash ear.
waht are the causes of ear infection?
1.bacterial infection .
2.viral infection
3.forign body inside ear.
4.excessive wax .
what are the sign and symptoms of ear infection?
1.pain in the ear.
2.fever.
3.general weakness.
4.sore throat.
what are the investigations?
1.full clinical assessment in nearest medical center
2.c.b.c
