can i stop blood pressure regulating medications after one month : 

- it depends on hypertension stage and what is the causes , there is some causes that cause temporary hypertention like pregnancy , stress and hormonal changes , and there is some causes that cause long term hypertension such as obesity , smoking , kidney diseases , heart diseases and so on .
- if you are have prehypertension or hypertension due to long term causes , you are unlikly to stop taking blood pressure mediction , but you can manage your life style to keep the minimum side effects of those mediction and regulat your blood pressure , and after that your doctor can decide whethar to change your medication or to lower your dose 
- if you are a hypertension patient , never stop taking your medication on your own , keep your routine visit to your doctor , and try your best to change your life style . 

advises to manage and control your blood pressure :

1. do the blood pressure read regularly and keep tracking it 
2. have healthy regular meals , avoid fats , oils , fast food and soda 
3. exercise and walk regularly at least 3 times aweek 
4. avoid smoking or alcohol 
5. avoid stress 
6. stick to your personal doctor instructions and keep the regular check .
