possible side effects of excissive masturbation :

2. immature ejaculation 
3. changes in sex stimulation pathways due to masturbations habits 
4. could do physical weakness if been used excissivly on long term 

general advices about excissive masturbation :

1. as medical recommandation , try to slow down your masturbation habit to 2-3 times aweek at most , and you can do it gradually 
2. avoid any sexual stimulation causes such as porn or games or any other causes  to help you to control this habit 
3. read more about sexual health , try to learn about your sexual abilities and needs 
4. distract your self by finding other habits such as sports or reading or anything you are into , and avoid wasting free time .
