Hi doctor, I have a very severe constipation, I use Avilah capsule too much. I eat 10 capsules every night. I have been bleeding around for a while. I did not show anything, does this inflation affect the side effects of this capsule?
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I only use the same Ayolox capsule

What is the treatment of Constipation?
1. Eating healthy diet rich in fibers like: vegetables, fruits, green-leaf vegetables, oats.
2. Drinking alot of water: from 6-8 large cups of water daily.
3. Regular exercises: on daily basis at least 30 minutes a day 4 times a week.
4. Dugs: like Duphalac, twice daily for 3 days.
5. Castor oil.
6. Magnesium salts.
7. Rectal enema.
What are the complications of chronic constipation?
1. Hemorrhoids: both internal and external
2. Anal fissure: comes with pain and bleeding per rectum.
3. Fistula fromation.
What is the possible cause behind your rectal bleeding?
Most probably the constipation itslef, by causing internal hemorrhoids or anal fissure.
