what is the treatment of stomach pain during period?
1.bed rest as much as possible
2.more water intake.
3.analgesic drugs such as : ibumol 400 mg one tap every 8 hours , panadol advance : 2 tap every 8 hours .
4.analgesic injections such as : votrex injection one time daily .
