3. Intralesional corticosteroids.
4. Systemic retinoids.
5. Systemic cyclophosphamide.
Physical modalities-
1. Ultraviolet (UV) B phototherapy.
2. PUVA (psoralen with UVA) phototherapy.
Surgical options-
1. Dermabrasion.
2. CO2 laser therapy.
