The liver eliminates excess copper into the bile and it is removed from the body in the stool. Some copper is also eliminated in the urine. Both excess and deficiency of copper are rare. Wilson disease, a rare inherited disorder, can lead to excess storage of copper in the liver, brain, and other organs.

So the condition you are referring to isn't worrying especially that there are no side effects in the body adn having a low copper in the blood isnt something you should even think of . sometimes there can be copper rings in the eyes called keiser fleisher rings due to wilsons disease which is a rare disease and since you dont have copper rings so you dont suffer from it . having low copper in your blood is sometimes even a good thing and when there is low copper in the blood there can be higher copper content in the organs especially the liver and kidneys so I would advise you to do a kidney function test and liver function test regulary and there is nothing to be worried about.
