Doc.can you help me about my problems..because of my vagina have smell every time there's a discharge
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Not yet doc.right now I was taking antibiotic which is amoxicillin 875mg
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
I'm afraid doc.because maybe my maam know this everything bout me.maybe something wrong happen..coz here not allowed

what are the treatment of fouly smelly vagina?
- good hygiene
- oral antibiotics as metronidazol , clindamycin and doxycycline these are the antibiotic of choice
- topical antifungal as miconazol nitrate in case if there is whitish lesion
- treat the sexual partner
- treat any concomitant UTI
what are the causes of fouly smelly Vagina?
- bacterial Vaginosis
- vaginal fungal infection
- viral infection
what are the associated symptoms ?
- abnormal vaginal discharge
- painful intercourse
- painful urinating
- abnormal color of the skin covering the vagina
- fever
what are the test do diagnose the cause?
- clinical examination
- take a swap culture from the discharged material if present and send it to bacterial and viral and fungal laboratory

Now regarding drug dosage and how to take it
Regarding metronidazol there is tablet 500 mg take 1 tab every 12 hours thats twice daily
Clindamycin 300 mg twice daily for 7 day
Doxycycline , 100 mg twice daily for 7 days
It is illegal to to take antibiotics from pharmacy without doctor signed prescription
