1.Drink plenty of fluids 
2.Eat helthy food and avoid nitrates
3.Stay in dark calm well ventilated room
4.Analgesic like panadol but not extra because caffeine might aggrevate headache
5.Sleep 
6.Centrum multi vitamin tablets
7.Non streroidal anti inflammatory drugs like aspirin

What do we recommend?

You might need to check with the neurologist before stopping such medications even if they have minor side effects because neurobion is a vitamin b complex so it helps the cognitive ability and memmory and the cipralex is used for anxiety and depression so both together might supress your body activity and give you headache but consult your neurologist none the less.
