Welcome! How can I help with your medical question?
I suffer from acne and acne spot that significantly fill my face since a long time ( about one year and half) I visited a dermatologists three times or more and currently my doctor gave me acretin cream with fucidin antibiotic and this is not the first time I use them but I feel that my face has started to get worse and I got more acnes and also some redness , Is this normal and are these natural side effects of the cream? I’m so tired and unconfiedent because of my face, and yes, my condition is not so bad that I use roaccutane pills
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?

Treatment of acne:
It depends on many factors as:- Type of acne
- Severity of symptoms
- Response to treatment ...etc
And if there is no response to treatment, you can use the following medication:
- Tetracycline 100 mg twice daily
- Isotretinoin, the dose must be prescribed by a dermatologist as you have to change the dose from time to time and for long period ( about 6 months )
Symptoms of acne:
- Redness
- Pain
- Hotness
- Itching
- Dimples with pus
- Face swelling
