what are the treatment of yellowish vaginal discharge?

1. good hygiene
2. oral antibiotics as metronidazol , clindamycin and doxycycline
3. topical antifungal as miconazol nitrate in case if there is whitish lesion on the woman genitals
4. treat the sexual partner

1. bacterial infection as gardenilaa vaginalis or chlamydia
2. vaginal yeast infection
3. viral infection

1. bad smell discharge
2. painful intercourse
3. painful urinating
4. abnormal lesion occur at the skin of the vagina
5. abnormal color of the skin covering the vagina
6. fever

1. clinical examination
2. take a swap culture from the discharged material and send it to bacterial and viral and fungal laboratory to isolate the microorganism causing it
