What is the treatment of hematurea?

1. make sure your not taking a drug that cause the urin to become discolored as rifampin or eat a vegetable that also make the urine discolor as beet root
2. if it is due to stone causing renal colic then treat according to size of the stone and its location
3. if the stone is smaller than 5 mm give paracetamol as analgesia , and give minerine (ADH) to reduce the load on the kidney , and watch fot stone passing with the urine
4. if it is more than 5 mm then use more invasive method as breaking it down through the skin , or remove by a catheter
5. if it is Due to infection of lower urinary tract it is reated with antibiotic :augmentin , bactrim ,nitrofurantoin
6. if infection of the upper urinary tract , you have to be admitted t hospital and treated with Intra venous antibiotics
7. in some sort of glomerular disease , as niphritic syndrome , conservative measures should be treated and treat the primary cause
