- The best treatment for eczema is to avoid skin irritants, sometimes confusion or food or anything that can cause skin irritation and try to avoid dehydration
- Moisturizers such as dexpanthenol cream can be used
- And anti-allergic agents and topical anti-inflammatory agents such as cortisone such as Betamethasone cream
- Or immunosuppressive topical medications such as Tacrolimus 0.1%
