Dear Customer
Welcome, and thank you for trusting us
there are many causes of defficult breathing that are
1.chest pain related to cardiac causes such as myocardial infarction or angina
in these cases it's associated with difficulty in breathing, sweeting, shoulder and neck pain
2. Chest pain related to respiratory causes, such as bronchitis or common cold or lung infection
in these cases, the pain is associated with cough, fever, chest-wheezing
3. chest pain related to musculoskeletal trauma, in these cause the pain is well localized and for long time and relieved by analgesia
regarding your question, I advise you to visit the hospital to examine your chest , and to do chest x ray to exclude serious medical conditions like pneumothorax "air in the pleural cavity " or hem thorax: blood in the pleural cavity", or ribs fracture
From what you mentioned, as the breathing deficuly started after lefting weight, it is most likely caused by mascular tear or spasm and the treatment is:
Declofen gel 3 times a day for 5 days
Cold compressors
Relaxone one tab before sleeping
Feel free to message me anytime here if you have further questions.
It’s our pleasure to help. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
You can also ask our other certified experts in various fields such as: Nutritionists, Lawyers, IT Experts, Therapists, Mechanics, Doctors, Handymen, and more.
Kind Regards
