our answer is no , there is no direct useful of harmful effect of using ferrum phosphoricum on your varicocele symptoms , but its worth to mention you have to follow your personal doctor instructions , and dont rely mainly on any home remedies to treat any medical problems 

what is the treatment of varicocele ? 

1. visit a specialist doctor to do a full work up medical tests and determine the source of your medical issues 
2. if the patient chief complaint is just the symptoms of pain and heat , doctor may prescribe you a painkiller like ibuporfen (should be taken on need time ) 
3. there is 3 types of surgery that medical field provide to treat varicocele depend on patient situation and grade of disease , which is : 1 - Open surgery 2- Laparoscopic surgery 3- Percutaneous embolization
