that means that you have diabetes , especially if you have symptoms , but you should do fasting plasma suger test and hga1c level then start treatment
weight loss
increase urination
thirst
excessive eating
recurrent fungal infections
fasting blood glucose above 126 mg/dl in at least 2 readings
hga1c above 7
random blood glucose above 200 in association with symptoms
increase the physical activity for at least one hour per a day
decrease suger intake
avoiding fatty meals
loss weight
avoid smoking
if these methods fail to control blood glucose below 140 , then oral hypoglycemic drugs are added like ,metformin 500mg or glibenclamide 5mg according to your current weight
