What is normal semen result

Semen analysis test is a basic test for pregnancy delay and normal result of semen analysis are the following

• 50 % of sperms have normal shape
• 50% of sperms have normal motility after 1 hr of ejaculation
• PH between 7.2 - 7.8
• Volume of semen above 2 ml
• Sperm count is between 20 - 200 millions
• Appearance between whitish to grayish

How to increase sperm motility

Based on your result i see the following

• Your result is not bad and high percentage of couples have pregnancy with these results thus do not worry
• Continue taking drugs you have as they are good choices
• Vitamins like C, D, and zinc are very important
• Exercise daily also and avoid smoking
