3- visit your doctor and do the labs that will be ordered
4- the antibiotic prescribed for you depends on the result of your urine test and urine culture (Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily is the most commonly used antibiotic for simple urinary tract infections)
5- avoid food that irritants like spicy food and chilli
