Hi Doctor. My last wisdom tooth is coming out now. It’s hurting me a lot and I feel a
pulse in my tooth ! I took Cataflam, Novofast ? Panadol..it won’t help
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I took an appointment but I am not free at all this week. Not before next week
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
The pharmacist gave me an anesthesia, it works but I cannot overdose. I alsp brush my teeth and gargle 2 times per day

Non-narcotic analgesic are the most common analgesic used to relive tooth pain:
Ibuprofen
Acetaminophen
Aspirin
Corticosteroids
Codeine in severe cases
If its caries it must be cleaned out and antibiotic is prescribes as clamoxcillin
If it's inflamed you will need an 7-10 day antibiotic course of clamoxciilin and metrodanzole
Removal of wisdom tooth if it does not respond to any medication
Brush your teeth at least twice daily
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Use mouthwashes
Treat any dental cares
A void very hot or very cold drinks or foods
