Doctor I have consipation for 2 days I'm eating but can't go to the toilet now my belly is big and I'm not feeling ease wat can I do

how to treat constipation ?
1. in you case, it is recommanded to go to nearest emergency clinic to do the medical check and physical examnation firstly to check the underlying cause of constipation
2. depending on your undlying cause, doctoe may give you medication to increase the bowel movement which will relieve the constipation shortly , or may need further investgation which could lead to opration minor surgeries
3. medication for constipation cases include (by medical name) : Docusate , Polyethylene glycol and others
4. in case of not chronic constipation cases , medication pills should be taken only on need time.
5. there is some home remedies for constipation such as : drinking more water , more fibers in your diet , drinking coffee and exercises
1. heavy or lack of fibers diet which will usually hurt your bowel and make digesting process taking longer time than usual
2. lack of drinking water espically and drink in general
3. some medication side effects indcluding antidepession medications such as : Prozac and Elavil
4. digestive system obstuction such intestinal obstrution
medical investigations for constipation :
1. medical physical examnation
2. abdomen X-ray or MRI in serious cases
3. sigmoidoscopy
