what are the early signs of pregnancy?

1. tender breast
2. nausea and vomiting
3. fatigue and generalised weakness
4. loss of menstruation
pregnany can be diagnosed by doing blood BhCH , if it was above 25> its called positive that means that you  are pregnant
if you have:
1. abdominal pain
2. vaginal bleeding
3. vaginal discharge
 you must go to the hospital to excule ectopic pregnancy  or misscariage
finally i recommend you to do the BhCG  to confirm or exclude the diagnosis
