1. Avoid stress and anxiety
2. Avoid scratching your skin to prevent infection of acne
3. Eat healthy well-balanced diet that only contains essential nutrients such as vitamins and proteins 
4. Avoid eating fatty meals and sugary food
5. Use a specialized soap like Natry soap twice daily
6. Use facial cleanser for treating acne , such as acne-gel or other types of Acne cleansers
7. Don't use any drug without prescribtion as Acne drugs can cause severe side effects on your baby 
8. It's very common for a pregnant woman to develop acne because of hormonal disturbances . And it will return back to normal after pregnancy
