• ultrasound can determine the fetal gender at 11 weeks .
• it can see your fetal geneder and give thermal photo for it .
• more advanced ultrasound specially 4 and 5 D ultrasound can see the fetal sex organ and give 4 and 5 D image for it .

about pregnancy symptoms and its effect in determination of fetal sex :

• this is not true .there is no way to detemine fetal sex without  ultrasound .
• it is related to cultural issues .
• but it is not true .no way to determine fetal sex without ultrasound .
