If you are planning to get pregnant , you should know that oral hypoglycemic agents like Metatime 500mg must be avoided and the only treatment for diabetes in pregnancy is Insulin injections , and regarding Zovirax ; you can use it in pregnancy if indicated as it is considered category B drug in pregnancy which means that you can use it safely
It is Metformin500mg which is an oral hypoglycemic agent , which acts mainly in increasing sensitivity of cells to insulin
Diarrhea
Muscle pain
Vitamin B12 deficiency
Dysfunction in renal function, especially in patients with kidney disease
Low blood sugar level
its Acyclovir which is an antiviral agent used to treat viral infections like herpes

vomiting
