Normal blood sugar levels:

• Between 72 to 99 mg/dLwhen fasting
• Up to 140 mg/dL 2 hours after eating

 Prediabetes ( who are in a risk to have DM ):

• Between  100 to 125 mg/dl  when fasting
• Between  140 to 199 mg/dl 2 hour post-prandial

How to diagnose Diabetes:

• Random test is  200 mg/dl or more
• Fasting level is  126 mg/dl or more
• 2 hour post-prandial is  200 mg/dl or more

And to diagnose DM we should have at least to readings, so in your case we can not see that you have DM, but you are classifies as prediabetic.

How to prevent the occuring of diabetes?

• Stop eating sugary foods and refined carbs
• Performing physical activity
• Drink Water
• Lose Weight
• Quit Smoking
• Avoid Sedentary Behaviors
• Optimize Vitamin D Levels
• Treat high level of cholestrol
• optimize blood pressure
