For the majority of healthy individuals, normal blood sugar levels are as follows:

Between 72 to 99 mg/dLwhen fasting
Up to 140 mg/dL 2 hours after eating
 

In Prediabetes:

Between  100 to 125 mg/dl  when fasting
Between  140 to 199 mg/dl 2 hour post-prandial

In Diabetes:

Random test is  200 mg/dl or more
Fasting level is  126 mg/dl or more
2 hour post-prandial is  200 mg/dl or more
How to prevent the occuring of diabetes?

• Stop eating sugary foods and refined carbs
• Performing physical activity
• Drink Water
• Lose Weight
• Quit Smoking
• Avoid Sedentary Behaviors
• Optimize Vitamin D Levels
• Treat high level of cholestrol
• optimize blood pressure
