what is vitamine D

:
it is a natural vitamine that is produced in the human body to controle the level of calcium and phosphate absorption

what is Ferritin

:
it is a the storing complex of iron in the human body, it represnts mainly the level of iron been stored in the tissues

Results of vitamine D abnormalities

:

• decrease or increase in calcium blood level
• decrease or increase of phosphate blood level
• changes of bone and teeth growth
• neurological effects like fits and seizures

Results of ferritin abnormalities

:

• anemia
• increase of iron sedimentation in the blood and tissue 
• congenital diseases that may lead to hormonal deffects and neurological deffects

Treatment

:

• give vitamine D if there is any sort of deficiency
• give iron supplement if there is any deficiency in ferritin level
• give iron chelating agents if there is excess in ferretin level
