How to control your glucose level?

According to your medical history and your glucose reading of 180, you can increase the dose of insulin to 20 units per day,
And you have to:

• Do regular exercise daily
• Avoid sugar as possible
• decrease fat intake
• Drink good amount of water daily

Complications of uncontrolled DM:
