Dear Doctor,
At present my Blood Sugar count is 230 on FBS. Have been under medication since 12 years. Doing exercise and controlling diet, taking Dionil M 2/day, Pioz 15 mg after meal. How to have a good control on my diabetes, please.
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
That's what I mentioned above: Dionil M 2/day, Pioz 15, for BP Olkam 20 CT, and Atcol 10 for Cholestrol: but no Cholestrol yet.
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

Treatment of diabetes mellitus
Based on what you mentioned at your question, it seems you have uncontrolled DM as your FBS is high thus i advise the following
- At first, try to avoid stress and depression as you can.
- Continue exercise daily and walk for at least 30 minutes per day.
- Eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and avoid soda and sugars.
- You took two drugs for DM but your high FBS need insulin injection therapy thus you have to seek for your doctor advice to start insulin regimens which is available at your country
Symptoms of DM
There are many symptoms like the following
- Increased urination
- Thirst
- Weight loss
- Numbness and tingling of limbs
- Sweating
- Other complications
