Hi doctor I have severe lower back pain after my normal delivery. Ayurveda doctor said it’s dics bulge. What are the symptoms for disc bulge
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Yes I so orthopedic asper him it’s low calcium .my calcium level is 8.2 . And I have radiating pain to mid thigh .

use diclofen gel 4 times daily
take relaxone tab twice daily for muscle relaxation
