Normal BP and pulse

The normal blood pressure is below 140 / 90 while patient is considered to have hypertension if blood pressure is above 140 / 90 for more than one reading at different days. The normal pulse is between 70 - 100.

How to control blood pressure

Based on what you mentioned at your question, i see the following

• You have high blood pressure readings more than one time thus you have hypertension
• At first, try to avoid stress and depression as you can
• Avoid smoking and obesity
• Eat more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and avoid salts
• Drink more water daily for at least 3 liters per days
• Take one tab or thiazide in the morning and monitor your BP level
