I am six weeks pregnant. Recently I experienced vaginal bleeding and backpain. What should I do? Is this normal?

I m taking glucophase 750mg, ovacure, folic acid, jusprin and thyroid medicine-thyronorm 75mcg.
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
I am taking blood thinner injections because I have ANA antibodies possitive.
