I have little feaver and through infection so doctor give antibiotic he said after one we can check again

it suggests that infection and fever and stress can lead to high blood pressure readings , so you need to treat the underlying infection and to lower the temprature and stress , then re-check your blood pressure while having coplete rest for at least 15 minutes , and this will be repeated daily for 5 days and recorded, then if yiu have more than 2 reading more than 140/90 you should start treatment
Stop smoking
losing Weight
treating underlying diseases
Moderate exercise
Do not eat fatty foods
resrict the intake of salts
Use of blood pressure lowering drugs such as:
ACEI such as ENALIPRIL or CALCIUM CHANEL BLOCKERS such as AMLODIPINE or diuretics such as HCT
Blood pressure by definition is the force produced by the blood on the arteries in the human body.
The normal blood pressure in an adult is two digits, the systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure
The normal pressure of an adult is Systolic blood pressure: be between 100-119
and diastolic blood pressure be between 70-90
