Good day doctor
Dear doctor from i m suffering from last 3 years in my body pain and infection.during my first sex with my wife i fèeling pain in lowe abdomenal.i did many tests etc bt not find any thing.now last one year i m feeling pain,burning pain in belly, all body parts , temperature,tried, acidity etc...now i m very in tension every time i feeling that i have cancer..befere 1 week did bleeding from anus..feeling more pain in belly in body...please give me good suggestion.30years old..
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?

Treatment of body pain
It is common complain. Based on your question, i see the following
- There are group of symptoms you have which does not indicate specific disease thus further evaluation and investigations are required.
- At first, avoid stress and depression as you can as over thinking cause exacerbation of symptoms.
- Do basic tests like CBC, ESR, Thyroid function tests, Abdominal US and colonoscopy to colon due to anal bleeding
- Take analgesics temporary like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily.
- Results of above tests will help determine the cause of your symptoms.
