cold compressors every 20 min
take  trofen 600mg or anaflam 2 times daily
use diclofen gel 4 times daily
take relaxone tab twice daily for muscle relaxation
if your symptoms arent improved within 10 days . you should visit a neurologist to take a full medical history and to examine you and to order x ray

can you take anaflam50mg ؟

yes , you can , unless you have the following :
stomach problems
high blood pressure
cardiac disease
kidney disease

there are many causes of back pain which are

muscle spasm
fatigue
carring heavy things
herniated disc
back trauma
