Diagnosis of Diabetes :

• if your Fasting Plasma Glucose (FPG) more than 6.5
• if you hemoglubin A1c (HbA1c) more than 7.0
• you are within the normal range but you need to consider lifestyle modifications

controle of Diabetes:

• lifestyle changes like sports and decrease the weight
• if the lifestyle modifications didnt help then you may cosider glucose controle medications

Causes of diabetes:

• there is no known cause for diabetes
• it is somehow related to genetic transmission and few studies considered viral infection as a risk factor
• obesity is a strong risk factor
