it is better to follow these instructions instead of using creams

1. Drink large amounts of water
2. Proper nutrition and intake of foods containing vitamins
3. Do not get sun in the afternoon
4. Stay away from the dry atmosphere
5. Use oils such as coconut oil or sesame for skin massage
6. Do not use chemical preparations used to whiten the skin as it contains ammonia and some harmful dyes that harm the skin in the long run
7. Use moisturizing ointments
8. in case you wanted to use whitening cream u can use hydroquinon cream but you should avoid the sun exposure
9. you should not use hydroquinon if you are allergic to sulfate
10. don't apply hydroquinon near the eyes , or near the prickly heat or after shaving
