- known causes like :
- high prolactin
- low thyroid function
- tubal adhesion
- cervical infection
- high estrogen status .
- and many other causes .
diagnosis of pregnancy :
- delayed menses
- BHCG test in blood qualitative test
- BHCG test in blood quantitative test
- ultrasound to see gestational sac .
instructions :
- you have to wait and repeat many times .
- you can do IVF .

calculating day of ovulation :
example :
if your next period is on 31-8
so you have to subtract 14
it is 17-8
this day of ovulation .
subtract 3 it is 14 .
add 3 it is 20 -8
so your week of ovulation is from 14 to 20 -8
example :
if your next period is on 31-8

I checked my last periods date its 23rd may . I delayed by 4 days. Before periods i got brown discharge for two days . I’m confused

but may its about Vaginal Women Infections if you have the follow signs as
Pruritis vaginal
bad odor discharge
Burning in urination
If the menstrual cycle is irregular it is difficult to determine the days of ovulation but are often in as we mentioned to you
