treatment of calcium defeciency :

• treament of the cause .
• if there vitamin D defeciency ,replacement is reqiured .
• if there is hypoparathyroidism ,calcium replacement is reqiured .
• you have to see pediatric doctor .

diagnosis of hypocalcemia :

• CBC 
• serum ca level 
• serum alkaline phosphatase 
• vitamin D and PTH 

causes of hypocalcemia :

• vitamin D defeciency 
• hypoparathyroidism
