Blood glucose level is necessary to be controlled to exclude and avoid diabetes . Normal results of blood glucose tests are like the following

• Normal fasting blood glucose level is below 95
• Normal random blood glucose level below 200
• HA1C below 6.5

How to control blood glucose level

Before complaining of diabetes mellitus, you can do the following to control blood glucose level

• Avoid stress and depression as you can
• Get sufficient sleep at night for at least 8 hours
• Eat more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables
• Avoid eating sugar and salts or soda
• Exercise more and walk for at least30 minutes
• Avoid smoking and alcohol
