After my period last 4 months I get pain at the end of my uring , feeling like burning sensation and I feel like I need to pee all the time never seen blood in my uring I went to doctor last month she said I have trush infection does trush infection effect my uring
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I saw so many doctors I did also uring test no infection but I think I have something in the uring as well
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

this complain called dysuria or difficulty in urination
there are many causes of dysuria like '
in your case its due to urinary tract infections
1. drinking water 2-3 l daily
2.avoid salts
3. take cefurixime 500mg twice daily for 10 days
urinary tract infection is an infection caused maily by bacteria and affects the lower urinary tract
1. fever
2. difficulty in urination
3. increase the frequency of urination
4. blood per urine
5 . nausea and vomitting '
1. taking a full medical history from you
2. doing clinical examination
3. doing urine analysis
4. doing CBC test
5. doing urine culture
