How to manage high blood glucose

• Avoid stress and anxiety
• Eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and avoid sugars, salts and soda
• Avoid smoking

• Exercise daily and walk at least for half hour
• Based on your result, the above steps are not sufficient to decrease your blood glucose thus you have to start drugs to control your level.
