Treatment of back pain:

• the common treatment is taking analgesics like paracetamoleor ibuprofen when needed
• massaging the area gently and repeatedly
• put muscle relaxant gel, or muscle relaxant pills like Relaxone
• if the pain continued or increase within a week then you need to do some tests

Diagnostic methods

:

• clinical examination of the area
• make chest X-ray with bone window to see the area of the shoulder
• make n ultrasonography for the abdomin to rule out any gall bladder pathology or spleen pathology
• doing magnetic resonance imaging of the area if needed

Possible causes

:

• muscle spasm due to sudden move or wrong posture 
• bone pain 
• sometimes angle ofthe shoulder in the back can have a reffered pain due to gall bladder or spleen pathology on each side
