What is the treatment of Abdominal cramps 

You need to go to the nearest medical center for clinical assessment and for other important tests If you develop any abnormal signs such as : Vomiting , severe abdominal pain , High fever and Diarrhea 

• Avoid eating large meals and spicy foods 
• Drink enough amout of water and herbs 
• Your doctor will prescribe Antispasmodic such as Buscopan for abdominal cramps three times per day
• Analgesics such as Paracetamol to relieve the pain
• Eat well balanced and nutritious diet that contains all the essential minerals
• Drink enough amount of fluid and herbs every day

What are the causes of Abdominal pain and cramps

• Fatty meals
• Viral infection
• Gastritis 
• Irritable bowel syndrome
• Peptic ulcer
• Menstrual symptoms 

What are the tests required for Abdominal pain and Vomiting
