To treat blackheads and pimples follow these tips:

1. Don't scratch the blackheads
2. Wash face with warm water then cold water
3. Drink large amounts of water
4. Eat vegetables and fruits they contain antioxidants that protect the skin.
5. Moisturizing Creams.
6. steam bath.
7. Honey mask.
8. Stay away from foods that contain fatty substances such as fast food and chocolate
9. Use vit A derivative Isoterntoin , but whith extreme caution due to its bad effect on pregnancy and liver
10. Use microdermabrasion
11. Use benzoyl peroxide
12. Use sulfur soap or antiseptic soap
